In this Interactive Demo/Class

Discover the difference between several types of icing in this fun and super sweet class. Students will learn to make traditional Swiss Buttercream, Reverse Swiss Buttercream, Cream Cheese Icing and Stabilized whipping Cream. We will discuss Italian Buttercream, French Buttercream and American Buttercream as well.  After making the icings I will share my method for a quick and effective way to ice a cake with buttercream. It has taken me 40 years to collect this info – it can be yours in 1 hour! Spoons provided:)
