There isn't always enough time in a flower class to spend much time to petal dusting so here is a chance to only petal dust. Wedding Cake /Gown Embellishing Techniques With Kathleen Lange

Learn how to transfer Victorian scrolls or other design work, by making your own embossing pattern/presses; embellishing techniques to make your wedding cakes resemble Bridal Gown design work; by using piping gel, edible dusting powders, applying highlights and dimension to your wedding cake designs. This technique maybe used on cakes frosted with buttercream, whip cream or fondant cakes. After design is completed you may refrigerate, piping gel will not run. This technique works great, If you do not want to use hard type candy pearls, silver or gold dragees; this technique will achieve the same look without the worry of someone biting down on a hard candy.
SUPPLIES PROVIDED BY DEMONSTRATOR

Lucinda will teach you how to create a truly lovely buttercream rose. Gum paste roses are wonderful and some even breath taking, but they take time and skill and special tools and space and the right weather conditions. You can learn to do lovely, variegated roses in buttercream, that are fast and easy with few special tools and no drying time. Pipe and put them right on your cakes, cookies and cupcakes.

Ok, so you have spent hours creating the awesome flowers, figures, car or whatever. Now you have to write a special message on your cake and it's making your head spin. This is the class for you. Lucinda writes better on cakes then she does on paper LoL. Learn the basic rules to do it well & with ease with buttercream on cake. Learn some tricks to make it even easier, how to fix mistakes and look like a pro.
